Refund and Returns Policy

We do not accept returns or exchanges. However, we will issue a refund if you receive a defective or damaged product.

Refunds for Defective Items Only

If you receive a product that is defective or damaged, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery to be eligible for a refund. You will need to provide:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos showing the defect or damage
  • A description of the issue

We will review your claim and, if approved, issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
