Where are you based?
I'm based in England in the UK, specifically the North East! All orders will be sent from here.
What are your processing times?
I aim to send out most orders out within 3-5 working days after purchase.
What happens with tarriffs, duties and taxes for USA orders?
For USA orders, we arrange for duties and taxes to be paid in advance to avoid delivery delays & unexpected fees upon arrival. After we ship your order, you'll receive a separate email from our shipping partner (DPD) with a secure payment link for duties, taxes, and any applicable tariffs. Please check your email (including spam folder) and complete payment within 5 days to ensure your package clears customs and continues to delivery. These charges are in addition to your order total and reflect current tariff rates.
Please note:
If payment is not made within 5 days, your package will be returned to sender. Any unexpected additional fees that may arise during customs processing are the buyer's responsibility.
Do you do custom keyring requests?
Unfortunately, I don’t offer customisations or commissions at the moment. All of my designs are my own and produced in bulk to help keep costs down for both myself and customers. Keyrings have a turnaround time of around 4 weeks; it just would not be time efficient nor cost-effective for me to do custom orders right now. Apologies for any inconvenience caused!
What paper is used for your art prints?
My prints will be printed on high quality 230gsm Matte Paper stock unless stated otherwise.
Do you design and illustrate everything yourself?
Yes! Everything you see in my store, including keyrings, stickers, art prints, and even packaging like backing cards, has been completely designed and illustrated by me. No generative AI here, just a gal and her iPad!
Can I make a breed suggestion for your dog keyrings?
Sure! I'm always looking to expand my collection. I have a google form for all pet suggestions - Feel free to fill it out, here.
My charm looks blurry and slightly scratched, why?
Please note that each keyring may still have a layer of protective film on one or both sides in order to protect from scratches. Feel free to leave this attached for extra protection or to remove it for a clearer, more vibrant design underneath
